ETHNIC MINORITIES FUND

The Ethnic Minorities Fund is a special fund set up by the Charities Aid Foundation. Grants can be made to groups managed by, and delivering services to people from black and ethnic minorities. 70% of the management committee need to be of black or ethnic minority origin, and the beneficiaries need to be predominately from black or ethnic minority communities.

Grants are made to strengthen the development of the organisation through consultancy or training of staff and management committee members/trustees, including the following areas:

Priority is given to smaller and newer groups who can show how the grants would develop their infrastructure. However groups with a turnover up to £100,000 will be considered.

Grants are available for up to £4,000 or training fees up to £350 per day.
